       There are similarities between two diseases, Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Disease:

Both have same causality aspects, to explain better both are genetic disorders which are caused

by errors in the genes for hemoglobin. And also Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Disease are

inherited, which means for each disease two genes must be inherited from one's heterozygous  

 or sick parents in order to have the diseases. The signs of both dieses are somehow same like

both change the normal style of hemoglobin so it can’t do its job as carrying oxygen. And in both

the sick person fells lack of oxygen, lack of energy, weakness and fatigue. AS a last similarity

some meditation methods for both diseases are same, like doing genetic experiments before

Sexual intercourses to make sure about children health and avoid having sick baby, and for both

 the umbilical cord blood or embryo stem cell transplantation is not useless because it’s rich

source of stem cells for transplantation and these cells can change into any kinds of cells in body

so this way they can turn into hemoglobin in the sick person’s body
